How to Wear Your Summer Dresses in Fall
Despite the pandemic and spending so much time at home, summer really has flown by, hasn’t it? Starbucks released its pumpkin spice latte this week, so you know fall is slowly creeping up. While I’m all about fall sweaters and the cozy feels, I want to hang on to the warm weather and sunshine as long as possible. Last week I shared my trick on how to add layers to extend the wear of your favorite summer clothes without the bulk, and today, I’m showing you how to wear your summer dresses in fall.
This little sundress number was an Amazon find, and I knew this print would be perfect to wear my summer dress in fall. The quickest way to transition your summer dresses into fall is by adding a sweater on top. My cardigan is lightweight and airy, but the olive color gives it a fall vibe. I swapped my sandals for mules, and when the temps really drop, I’ll switch those out for tall boots and add a scarf.
