Do you have a festive wreath on your front door? I like to change my wreath every season. And what I like to do even more is make wreaths. You can see some of my other fall wreath tutorials here and here. Today I have an easy tutorial to make a Halloween raven wreath. My mom had been shopping for a Halloween wreath for her front door and found that everything she liked was extremely pricey. Williams Sonoma had a raven wreath that was one of her favorites, but it touted a hefty price-tag of $75. I offered to recreate the wreath, and it cost less than $10! This wreath is made with a grapevine wreath form, moss, and a raven. There are only three steps to this DIY – it’s that simple to make!
Raven Wreath Supplies

Raven Wreath Instructions
~ย Step 1 ~
In a well-ventilated area, spray paint both sides of the wreath black and allow it to dry. Make sure all angles of the wreath are covered.
~ Step 2 ~
Grab a few handfuls of the Spanish moss to make a nest for the raven. Using a glue gun, adhere the moss to the wreath.
~ Step 3 ~
There are little wires on the bottom of the raven’s feet. Wrap them around a piece of grapevine and use a glue gun to secure the raven’s feet to the nest.
That’s it! Hang your wreath! The perfect greeting for your trick or treaters!
