April Style Challenge

I frequently see style challenges on Instagram and thought it would be fun to see if I could be creative enough to put together outfits to fit a daily theme. I joined the April Style Confessions Challenge that is being hosted by Sequins and Style and Thats so Crystal.

Day 1 Pretty in Pastels

Off to a good start. Wearing this bicycle tee reminds me of spring even though it’s still cold out.

Day 2 Tickled Pink

This would be a great outfit if I had to go into work for a meeting. Swap out the jeans for white or gray pants.

Day 3 Put a Bow on It

Luckily I had this polka dot shirt that ties in a bow at the neckline and this fun bow boyfriend cardigan. I have not worn either in ages so I’m glad I pulled them out.

Day 4 Glitz & Glam

I tried to keep this casual with a denim shirt. It’s a great date night outfit. It would also be cute with bare legs and these sandals.

Day 5 Gung-ho for Gingham

This was the perfect Saturday outfit for running errands. I was comfy but still looked put together.

Week one completed with items already in my closet and they were easy to put together. I probably would not have styled the pieces this way without the style challenge. I hope that I can keep it up for the month!
