Buffalo Plaid Shirt and Pleated Maxi Skirt

I’ve always been obsessed with plaid and buffalo plaid is no exception. It’s one of my favorite patterns to style this time of year and is a winter staple in my closet. Easy to style, buffalo plaid is super versatile. The print looks great layered under a sweater or over a tee, tucked or untucked, and also dressed up. For today’s look wanted to put together an outfit that added a little glitz to the rugged print; a buffalo plaid shirt with a pleated maxi skirt.

Pairing the bold print of buffalo plaid with the light and flowy chiffon skirt took the lumberjack out of the equation and added a glam vibe. This is just the kind of outfit I’d wear to a get-together with friends and actually planned it for NYE but then decided to wear it for a casual night out.
