Happy New Year! Did you have a fun NYE? We stayed in the neighborhood and went to a friend’s party. They have younger kids so they did a ball drop at 8pm. While I miss our daughter being that age, it was nice to relax, hang out, and not have to worry about chasing a little one around!

I wore this on Christmas Day. After lounging all morning in our pj’s, we were headed to my sister’s house for tapas and games. I wanted to be casual and comfy and this did the trick. I love it when you see a style board and you have everything in your closet to recreate it. I decided to swap out the plaid scarf for my cozy faux fur scarf.

I made this work for me by swapping the heart for stars and a black skirt

for the black and white. I added a scarf to add some texture to this cozy look.

It was 50 degrees out in December so I was happy to wear flats

and a lighter jacket but wow, my feet look really pale!
