Happy Friday, Eve! Do you have any fun plans for the weekend? We have our neighborhood beach fest on Saturday and another grad party on Sunday. It still seems crazy that our daughter and the kids she grew up with are all heading off to college! Anyway, I don’t want to think about that right now, so let’s talk about today’s outfit instead. I finally bought into the long denim/Bermuda/jort trend and don’t know what took me so long! These are high-waisted Levi’s and with a slouchy fit, are so comfortable to wear! I’ve worn them with an oversized sweater and converse and with a dressier tank top and wedges. Today I wanted to show you an easy way to style denim Bermuda shorts with a swingy tunic and flat sandals. I think I’ll wear them next with a button-down blouse, blazer, and flats.
Style tips: avoid basic tees and go for a button-down, romantic blouse, or cozy sweater. A front tuck with a belt will give you a more polished look. Avoid bulky shoes and go for a narrow style to elongate your legs and keep them in proportion.
