On business trips, I prefer to go out in a group, and I’ve never gone to a movie solo. I’m wondering if I’m missing out. Taking yourself out on a date could be fun and empowering. Have a meal at your favorite restaurant or a new one you’ve wanted to try. Dining alone lets you just be you. You get to people watch, you’ll take better notice of your surroundings and enjoy the plate of food in front of you more. Plus, you won’t have to share your dessert with anyone.
Head To The Cinema
How about watching a movie you’re dying to see at the cinema? You can watch whatever film you want to see, can sit anywhere you’d like and won’t be distracted by somebody talking to you.
Get Lost In A Museum
Visiting a museum alone seems to fall between dining out and going to the movies alone on the bravery scale. You can set your own agenda and move at your own pace. It will help you learn to enjoy the solitude and the time alone with your thoughts.
Watch A Broadway Show
