I hope you had a great weekend! I’m on my way back this morning from Las Vegas. I didn’t have a post ready, so I thought with Thanksgiving right around the corner, I’d reshare this easy DIY project with you. I’m sure you have leaves covering your backyard. What better way to put them to use than turning them into gold leaf place cards for Thanksgiving. I think they would also be great as a unique gift tag for Christmas!

Dried Leaves
~ DIY Gold Leaf Place Cards Instructions ~
1. Collect leaves.
2. In a well-ventilated area, spray the leaves with metallic paint.
3. Let dry, then spray the other side.
Once dry, create place cards by writing your guest’s name on the leaf. Or, instead of a name, you could also write things you are thankful for or a quote!
I wish I had better handwriting, but I still love how they turned out! An inexpensive, quick, and easy project that adds a festive touch to your Thanksgiving table!
As always, thank you for reading!
