With so many negative and sad things happening globally, I think every day should be National Random Acts of Kindness Day, but the official day is next Tuesday, February 20th. A random act of kindness is giving your best self to someone without wanting anything in return. It could be a good deed, a compliment, or a small gift. Studies have shown that being kind to others makes them feel good and positively affects your health by releasing hormones that contribute to your mood and well-being. One small act of kindness can ripple effect as others pay it forward. Here are some easy ways to spread kindness to celebrate the holiday or just because.
