An Easy Way to Add the Pantone Color of the Year into Your Wardrobe

Brights and spring go hand in hand, don’t they? Well, even though we’re still in the midst of winter here in the Midwest, it doesn’t mean that you can’t start incorporating spring into your wardrobe. And what better way to do that than to incorporate the Pantone color of the year, Very Peri.

According to Pantone, Very Peri symbolizes the transition we are going through as we come out of the pandemic. The color encourages creativity and new possibilities. This hue is popping up everywhere, from clothing and accessories to home decor, and I can see why. It’s a very wearable shade, pairing well with brights and neutrals.

If you’re not sure how to embrace the Pantone color of the year, accessories are always an easy and fun way to add color to your everyday look. Adding a statement bag in a similar tone as I did with my Teddy Blake handbag in lilac gives my neutral outfit the perfect pop of color.

I’ve shared Teddy Blake handbags before (see my posts here and here), and I’m a huge fan. Teddy Blake creates beautiful handbags made of fine quality Italian leather and high-end hardware. They give you a bag that’s cute, comfortable to wear, and stylish without the luxury price tag. The quality and craftmanship of Teddy Blake bags are unsurpassed. If you pull the trigger on a Teddy Blake bag, make sure to use code TBDOUSEDINPINK30 for $30 off your purchase.

I love this look and the fun contrasting pop of colour with the purse. I am planning to wear a week of skirts next month: I haven’t worn mine at all lately as I have been wearing dresses instead.
