Spring Outfit Idea: Lilac Tunic

As I mentioned in my update post last week, I’m obsessed with the lilac color for spring! So, when I came across this lilac tunic at Anthropologie while we were shopping in Georgetown last month, I knew it was a keeper! Anthro has the best sales, and all of the clearance pieces were an additional 40% off! It’s long enough to wear with leggings, but, I didn’t want to cover up these cute button fly jeans. I decided that the good ole’ knotting trick was in order and have to say, it completely transformed this look! Knotting your oversized tees and tunics is an easy alternative to tucking or a half tuck! Plus a statement knot is an effortless way to transform your basic tunic or oversized tee!
